Jeff Daugherty

Jeff Daugherty

Chairman, President & CEO

Jeff Daugherty brings over 19 years of executive and financial expertise to his role as Chairman, President, and CEO of SPBS, Inc. Under his leadership, the company successfully executed a strategic turnaround, completed key acquisitions, and smoothly transitioned into a 100% ESOP S-corp. Beyond his work at SPBS, he serves as the Managing Director of LSC Associates, where he has advised, owned and managed numerous private and public companies on strategic planning, capital raising, debt placement, mergers & acquisitions, IPO’s, private placements and joint ventures. His financial background is highlighted by his success in co-founding Bank of North America, which he helped grow to over $5 billion in assets prior to its sale after only 5 years at the age of 30. Holding an MBA in Finance and maintaining active board memberships, Mr. Daugherty resides in Dallas with his wife and two children. His hobbies include boating, fishing, golf, and involvement in his sons’ sports teams.

Managing Director of HTM Operations

Preston Braxton, Director of HTM Operations at SPBS, oversees regional service delivery across multiple states from his base in Houston. Since beginning his career as an SPBS intern in 2004, he has established multiple branch offices and spearheaded major HTM software upgrades. Accomplishing dual AAS degrees in Biomedical Equipment Technology and Computer Science Technology with CBET/CHTM credentials, he is an active industry leader who currently serves on the HTMA Texas board while maintaining hands-on involvement in field service work.

Director of Field Service Operations

Staadan Sawyer is the Director of Field Service Operations at SPBS, bringing over 12 years of industry experience. Mr. Sawyer has a proven track record of building, training and managing teams, as well as achieving aggressive growth in a major metropolitan territory. Holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Staadan leverages his technical expertise to deliver exceptional team leadership, customer service, and regulatory compliance management.

Brianna Shearer is the Administrative Services Manager at SPBS, Inc., where she oversees all administrative operations. She originally joined SPBS in 2017 as an EA and quickly advanced to her current leadership role, drawing on over a decade of specialized experience in C-suite executive support, HR administration, and project management. Brianna holds an AAS in Business Administration from Excelsior College.

Jennie I. Sanders is an Ivy League-educated legal professional holding a J.D. and an LL.M., with extensive experience in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. In her last role within a major healthcare system, she managed complex master vendor agreements and ensured strict adherence to legal, IT security, and risk standards. Her legal foundation is further strengthened by her prior advocacy work in government accountability and tax law, alongside two decades of independent IT consulting. A highly organized and adaptable leader, Jennie brings a unique blend of technical acumen, operational experience, and multilingual fluency to her practice as in-house counsel.
